20 y.o. primip, 37 wks, one month history of diarrhea, at one point almost lost ten pounds. Well her stools came back positive for C. Diff toxin and guess what her group B strep swab is +ve. I am leaning on using Vancomycin 1 gram I.V. Q12hrs for the group B when in labor and Vancomycin 500mg p.o. QID for the C. Diff. Anybody got any better ideas.
