Since it is on the Left side of the pelvis, it is likely stuck to something. If it were free, it would have migrated to the LUQ by now. Since it is not a closed loop, it shouldn't cause strangulation of a loop of bowel. The only way it should cause a problem is by eroding into some structure. Highly unlikely. Or if she wants to get pregnant before all the agent is re;leased.
