Post-op Radiotherpy is only to prevent local reccurence , which can make a patient miserable in terms of vaginal bleeding and mulitple transfusions, unfortuneltly it does not really change long term survival. There was a recent large review from England which questioned A and D which was the most common way of gauging without pelvic and paraortic nodes.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
