Hello!
I am new to the list.
Let me tell you a bit about myself....I am a nurse practitioner who recently left the NICU after 20yrs. I am now practicing full time in addiction medicine- specifically opioid dependence and methadone maintenance therapy (MMT). I developed and coordinate a unique program at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI called the Mothers On Methadone (MOM) Program- a support and education program for expectant women on MMT for the treatment of their opioid dependence.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
