indeed a concern....I would persist with the pit and I would try to rotate manually during a contraction...used to use the kiellands but long time ago...not so sure now... and if i couldn't then i would C/S..and try and dig the head out from the lower seg... nicer if it happens in the day-time when one is not too tired. frances wren I like this ob/gyn list lots of info....thanks
