Someone should tell Marco that has be known since Vaginal surgery has been done, but you need 1-2 cm between the uterus and the sidewall to do it, do not have that much space here. I have even thought of removing a few fibroids from below and then packing, but I did not like how the right side felt I could easily pull off the right ureter and sever the right uterine artery if I removed an ugly feeling one on the right side.
