Re: 32 y.o. G0P0, Cardiac aresst 12 days ago. Part 1From: Doc Peró (pero@fibertel.com.ar)Wed Oct 10 09:51:52 2007
Eventhough isn`t the main subject, this case remains me the "no pathology whatsoever on cone/leep specimen issue". Think almost always, there`s plenty of time BEFORE make a surgical decision, recolpo,ECC,etc.Jorge. -----Mensaje original----- De: ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net [mailto:ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net] En nombre de Lynn Montgomery Enviado el: Miércoles, 10 de Octubre de 2007 09:35 a.m. Para: Multiple recipients of list OB-GYN-L Asunto: RE: 32 y.o. G0P0, Cardiac aresst 12 days ago. Part 1 -Thrombophilia evaluation -Hysterectomy - embolization certainly has its potential for complications, especially in an 18 week size uterus. You don't mention the patient's weight however - if she is morbidly obese, then I would attempt embolization at a center that provides it -Could send her to Rich for ultrasonographic treatment Lynn Lynn D. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
