G1P0 31 weeks Di/Di twins. Discordant growth. Pt hospitalized. A is 4# B is 2.5#. Doppler good on A. but absent end diastolic flow on B. Fluid good in both babies. Received celestone 1:00 PM yesterday and again today. NST on both reactive. Good ductus venosu flow in B. No centralization yet in B (ie UA s/d=3.3 and MCA s/d = 3.5 Deliver on wait? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
