I prefer SurePath because I can obtain the specimen, break the tip off in the vial and sent it off to the lab.

With ThinPrep, I had many samples that came back to have inadequate cells - apparently because I didn't swirl the broom, brush or spatula in the vial long enough.

I don't know anything about PapSure.
