I don't think there is any EBM to make a real difference. (George Morely: A difference to BE a difference must MAKE a difference.) As I recall the pathologists at our hospital here in Keene looked thoroughly at ThinPrep and the SurePath and decided on the SurePath for cost reasons. I would be really surprised if this newer one (PapSure) is truly "better". Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
