Re: Gyn: Hysterectomy; Is there more than one way to skin a cat? From: Andrew Folley (agfolley@hotmail.com)Fri Sep 21 16:08:16 2007
I think that we all need many tools in our armamentarium. If my only tool is "Total abdominal hysterectomy" then I will fix everything with it. The more tools the better to address the problem and the patient. PS "there is more than one way to skin a cat" was recently debunked. New scientific evidence shows that there actually is only one way to skin a cat!?! agf> Date: Fri, 21 Sep 2007 15:29:15 -0500> From: johnprov@sympatico.ca> To: ob-gyn-l@dns.obgyn.net> Subject: Re: Gyn: Hysterectomy; Is there more than one way to skin a cat?> > All techniques would give about the same result in the case you> described, IMHO. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
