Both the AMA and the ACOG put out softcover booklets on their ethics stances or opinions. I'm not sure how often those come out, but they're not every year. I also don't know if they are directly accessable online. I also don't remember if the last ones contained opinions about relations with industry. I think all ACOG members get the ACOG book as part of membership. AMA may be the same, or you may have to buy it (at a lower member price).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
