You haven't understand how this evidence business in medicine (EBM :-)O) works, or you choose to ignore it.

Standard of Care is Cochrane these days, isn't it?

And, why cephazoline anyway, when Ampicillin is good enough?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
