Had sinks in all the exam rooms in my old office
(FP, not OB) but one month the water heater for
one side of the building went out and was out for
several weeks before state bureaucracy could get
around to getting it fixed. Even just the
absence of hot water was a MAJOR inconvenience.
Total absence of ANY water would have been a pain
in the behind.
