Try this - it'll be like butter - 100 mcg misoprostel in each cheek one hour before procedure; swallow the remainder 30 minutes prior. Works in the office to keep me out of the OR, and in the OR in cases like these. Your local pharmD will have a hard time with the directions, though. And I have nice handwriting!
