34 YO P2022 referred from the ER from a 6/26 PM visit, seen PM 6/27 in the office. She is new and has I've never seen her before. History (no records): Ob #1--1st trimester spont Ab, 10-ish weeks, thinks a sac was seen Ob #2--late first trimester missed Ab, D and C planned but incomplete Ab occurred overnight requiring D and C Term SVD X 2, 1995 and 2002 Presented with a few days of spotting, unsure LMP early May, a few cramps in the lower midline across the whole abdomen. HCG 3680, Hct. 33, Ultrasound--empty uterus, trace free fluid, adnexa normal. Today's exam: NAD Abdomen--obese, NT, no mass Pelvis--small amount of spotting (brown), uterus 8 weeks, anterior, NT. Adnexa NT. What is your diagnosis, if any? What is your plan? Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
