The patient is a 44 y/o G1, who is in L&D in the midst of a cytotec IOL for the past 2 days. Thus far there has been no progress with the use of 200 mcg vaginally every 4 hours. In the past with 18-20 weekers with IUFD, we have used up to 400 mcg. We would appreciate any suggestions. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
