When I was in the field with MSF France, all of the literature came out of Europe and mediolateral was exclusive because, it was argued, a midline would "always" extend. I was taught here in the US that mediolateral can cause pc muscle damage. Louana

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
