gartner's duct cyst

Have a single nulligravid patient with Gartner's duct cyst. she consulted because of a cystic mass in the upper 3rd of the vagina which was bulging out of the introitus. Aspirated the mass and obtained clear odorless fluid. Mass collapsed and patient went home satisfied. After about 6 months, she was back with the same problem. Now she wants surgery for removal of the cyst. As she is a nulligravid patient with no sexual contact, I plan to do it under low spinal anesthesia once she is cleared by urologist. Excision might be difficult so would it be okay if a marsupialization-like procedure be done instead? Any other suggestions pls?

Thanks!

Amy, M.D.
