John I agree - but do we have a diagnosis? - IMHO - we are dealing with CHCVD- unrecognized diabetes - (or wrong dates)- I would strongly consider delivering -- RDS is not a big issue fot neonatoligists - instead of pulmonary hypertension, NEC ..
