not the one you wish you had. That 28 weeker still has a 5-10% chance of dying and much higher chance of some sig. problems, the 34 weekers chance of dying is probably 0.1%.

Andy if you would have just presented this as an essential hypertension flare up that needed some adjustment of her p.o. labetelol you would have gotten some more support, starting MgSo4 is like crossing the Rubicon.
