I recall observing someone (I think one of the Nezhat docs) create a "plug" for the vagina by stuffing the vagina with wet lap sponges .... Then did the hyst from above via L-scope and then at the end go from belowe - pull out what he ahd already completely excised and then close th evagina from below. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
