How interesting that the history of the world should be perceived as having started in 1776? Why on that particular date? Oh, yeah perhaps it had something to do with Captain Cook's voyage around the antipodes?

ACM "Bashing" goes along with being "Top Dog" . The world has been doing it

since 1776. I think it provides an outlet from their own problems of poverty, starvation, maternal and neonatal deaths, genocide, tribalism etc etc.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
