Listers I have a patient who has asked re pt choice elective CS delivery....has ACOG issued anything more recent in terms of Committee Opinions than a 20003 opinion on the topic and a press release from the 2006 Clinical Meeting? That's the most recent material I dug up on a search of the ACOG site and with Google Scholar. However, others have told me there has been a new opinion issued. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
