The american cancer society has a very nice site, a few studies have shown a link with OBCP use, but most long term users of OBCP also have other risk factors so its probably not clear cut. We know it takes at least 3-5 years to develop invasive cervical cancer, most women start HRT > 45 years,so if there was a strong association we would a seen a large second wave of cervical cancer in the > 55 y.o. crowd, so I don't think we will ever see a strong link IMHO.
