Exactly. That is, the latter is exactly right. LOL

The U.S. Constitution has no such animal. It merely says that the State cannot FAVOR one over the other. The "Separation" concept is a newly created thing which really has no basis in the document itself or in the Founding Fathers' writings or early jurisprudence. In fact, some of the current argument is actually unconstitutional, as it prohibits free exercise.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . . . U.S. Const. Amend. I.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
