Am I figuring this out wrong or could we be headed for disaster by using generic pills? I've always thought that even the Cytotec brand pills had an inconsistent diffusion throughout the tablet that explained the inconsistency of action with the vaginal dose of 25 mg. and 50 mg. . I would agree that this would more be more likely in a generic. I love the oral protocol that we are now able to use. I feel much more confident that we are at least getting a predicable dose. ********************************************* Kay Johnson, CNM Duluth, GA "Life is too important to be taken seriously" Oscar Wilde ***********************************

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
