I agree there is nothing magical about 2cm Vs 3cm; 0cm is generally not good. Basically there was a small chance it was no where near the o.s. in which case my comfort level about a trial of vaginal delievery would be accepatable to my coronaries. The double setup was done in the c-section room so any delay would be minimal, the patient was actually on the c-section bed. Would I even have to bother if it was my private patient, heck no.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
