The no-brainer response is to deliver the patient. When the information is studied however, we find that neither the mom nor the baby shows any sign of being in trouble and thus no need for intervention at this time. A reactive NST even with stimulation etc is very reliable as opposed to the soft findings of "decreased fetal movement" .

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
