Deliver her. Offer ripening with induction, realizing it really may not work due to an unfavorable cervix and/or possible lack of fetal well-being. It also would be very reasonable to section her without a trial of labor. While it is unlikely something is wrong, as you said, why wait for the roof to fall in? Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
