The arguement is slightly stronger for mod diff but by no means proven despite what the Gyn Oncologists preach. It's amazing how something simple like depth of myometrial invasion turns out to be the most important prognostic indicator for survival and need for adjuvant radiotherapy. Ofcourse what was will diff on sampling can turn out to be mod or poorly diff on final path. In your case it was only atypical endometrial cells so there is also a chance the final path will show nothing.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
