No doubt one of the reasons many "uninsured" ARE uninsured. They save their
money for important things (like D cups), rather than hospitalization coverage,
etc.

Or that health insurance is becoming less affordable ...  even for
employers.  Copays increasing, Premiums increasing, reimbursements ...
declining.  Hmmm, you know something is happening, but ya don't know
what it is.  Do you, Dr.  Jones?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
