Here in So. Cal. I have seen mag sulfate (Joint Commission doesn't allow the use of the abbreviation MGSO4 any longer) and labeletol started while the betamethasone doses are given in light of the prematurity and twins. She would classified as higher than mild pre eclampsia due to BP going from 100-110 to 150.

Lastly, I have yet in my 26 1/2 years here to find a doc willing to even consider delivering twins vaginally. It seems this is not the case on the east coast thank goodness!
