Due to BP, I contemplated lab/BPP/bedrest/admission?/deivery, so I checked her cervix. No PIH symptoms, edema 2+, no proteinuria or excessive gain (she is 250#, give or take). She as 4/100%/bulging bag/footling. BPP 8/8, AFI 28. What's next? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
