Unremarkable Hx, never out of USA, Caucasian female, married and monogamous, previous DVT with pos thrombophilia workup (can't remember which), 3 teenage daughters (all were sectioned TL at last one ) does not smoke drink or drug. Again, was asymptomatic with exception of menorrhagia! Will be speaking to Pulm and ID tomorrow....so.....where did it come from? never seen a case in 20 years of practice nor during residency..... The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
