Interesting Case: 42 yo suburban housewife has EMB in office immediately pre-cryoablation, (almost did'nt do bx as had neg EMB 18 mos prior) Normal pre-op ultrasound. 3 previous sections done by me with Pomeroy at last section 10 years ago. Tx, as such, since she had DVT several years ago and has been otherwise well except for DUB. Doing well post-cryo but now........... EMB results received yesterday......tuberculous granulomatous endometritis with pos acid fast stain. Thanx in advance Steven L Richman DO Mt. Laurel NJ

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
