Typically I would the intrabdominal procedure first by doing a moskowitz or Halban procedure to occlude the posterior compartment and prevent enterocoele. next the sacrocolpopexy and then close the parietal peritoneum and do the burch procedure. I am not sure why you could not do the burch first however. andy
