I shook hands with Camilla even! Every Christmas the Royals go from their estate at Sandringham to the local church for a service. I would say there is about a 100 yard stretch that they are walking down a small road that are lined by the public. After mass, most will take time to greet the crowd and accept Christmas gifts. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
