I think you made the right decsion as long as she was aware of the choices and pros and cons etc and she chose to procede with the induction. Part of it is clinical judgement. A primip at 41 weeks woth prom and a narrow android pelvis with a LGA 81/2 pound baby in a posteriro presentation at -2 may be best served by a primary c-section. andrew
