Garry, I would do the same for this lady. Follow with Pap and confirmatory colpo annually. If not progressive, continue follow up. If SCZ not adequately seen and/or cervical lesion not seen, LEEP without regard to ECC. Wouldn't you just know, I was at the ACOG District VII meeting when they won the series!!!!! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
