A few thoughts- Local plastics man did this for years here...but stopped due to the Uterine bulge problem interfering with his desired results. With a C-Hyst, perhaps...

Reimbursement for 2nd surgery is ~50% usual and customary fee. Abdominoplasty at $3000-$6000, C/S at $1000..who goes first?

New coding course "How to remove a suspected precancerous skin lesion with tummy -wide margins , and oh yeah, an incidental baby fell out, too. "

Probably popular in Brazil due to the less time needed for preop shave...
