The only thing I'd wonder about is the laxity and vasculature of the recently-gravid abdominal wall. I've done a number of "tummy tucks" at hysterectomy. They are very well-received. I guess everything would stretch really well after C-section, but I don't know how it would all "fall together." And how would the stickee-up uterine fundus interfere with the lie of the whole thing?
