And, are you actually telling mthe someone can estimate the expected fetal weight from clinical examination?

If I am not mistake there was once a mention of this here on this list where it was said that the most exact estimate of fetal weight was by asking the mother what she thought how heavy it would be?

With regards to Pelvic Assessment I believe the proof lies in the pudding. If the head comes down it's adequate, if it doesn't it's not.

I have seem very large women multigravidae with CPD and very small primigravidae with short, easy labor.

Many people overlook that CPD means: THIS pelvis, THIS baby.
