Gail,

NACC(National Association of Childbearing Centers) has a book that you can purchase with samples. Also, ten years ago, when I opened my center, I sought out advice and the best advice I received from a very famous OB was to keep it small. Keep overhead small and you will succeed. Also, I was working at two local hospitals and when I opened people who I thought were my professional peers, suddenly viewed me as financial competition. As a matter of a fact, I had to have some attorney involvement because when I initially opened, I was harassed in many different ways for the first few months. Be prepared. I am happy to help you with equipment lists, ect, you can email me privately on specifics you need.

Colossians 3:12: And so, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience…

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
