One of them saw a 17-yr-old with cc of vag dryness, interfering with intercourse. Clinically dry on exam also. She has regular menses, no other indicators of estrogen deficiency. Wt. 230. She is on Ortho-Evra for past 2 years. Have any of you ever seen this in a young woman? Is the patch causing it?
