These scars are probably among the less visible and prettiest. Staples have to be loosened on the 2nd POD, that's the point which avoids ugly scars, then one out of two is removed the next day, and the rest the day after. If you keep tightened staples for a long time you'll have those ugly scars. And the removal is painless for anyone used to it.
