I eagerly await any Medical Business Plan you may develop. In The County of Queens, NY, physicians' practices are suffering. The 3R's - Retirement, Restricting Practice Scope, and Relocation to other states - seem to be the most efficatious Business Plan to date. Caught between the Scylla and Charybdis of MCO's and Runaway Juries, some OB's have inquired whether filing for protection under the Endangered Species Act might not be the way to go. So please - any assistance you might provide would be greatly appreciated.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
