You could fit two Namibia's into Alaska, 10 of them into the US. Windhoek is not much larger than the "small town" I live in (pop. 237,000 vs. 150,000). and there are more people in Chicago alone than in all of Namibia.

I do envy the malpractice situation there, though.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
