Due to the pos culture, I would RX with Erythromycin, 500 iv q6, clinda 900 Q 8 or (depending on what the "allergic reaction" was to PCN) 1st gen cephalosporin (ancef) Q8. Of course, I'd also recommend to start labor sometime soon....
