I am wondering if everyone can tell me what the average third stage is that they see. Of course I know what is textbook, But I am wonder what it is that you see daily. I was taught 10minutes to 60 minutes, but I just read a study that said PP hemmorhage 6X greater after 30 minutes. I have not found this to be true. Thanks for you input. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
